What To Expect

Establishing structure and creating specific goals require an investment in time. It’s important to process and develop goals based on what is important and meaningful to you. This approach encourages motivation and allows accountability.

I start with an initial consultation to evaluate and define an individual’s Organizational and Executive Functions challenges. I then schedule and determine how often to meet based on the client’s situation and goals.

I will review initial consultation with parents if applicable, to ensure everyone is on the same page moving forward. I often act as a bridge between parents and young adults to incorporate functional support and insight along the way.

Helping parents stay connected and informed allows them to better understand their child’s Executive Functions, ADHD, Addiction, Failure to Launch (Adulting), Mental Health or Trauma challenges so they can continue to provide support.

Coaching services are also beneficial for spouses, partners or parents struggling to understand — and appreciate — a loved one’s unique challenges and needs.

Once ongoing sessions are in place the client and I create weekly structure and goals to work on one step at a time. Depending on a person’s ability to implement and regulate these goals, we determine if additional support or less support is required.

Flexibility is crucial and when possible I’m available to offer clients additional support as needed. If you feel I can help, please contact me.
