Adult ADHD Services
“I’ve been diagnosed with Adult ADHD. Now what?”
For more than 20 years, Jamie has proudly helped numerous ADHD clients and their families by teaching them skills necessary to stay organized in their daily life.
If you were just diagnosed or have ongoing struggles with time management, work issues, college, family life and / or difficulty executing goals and tasks, I can help.
ADHD can be difficult to understand and navigate. Coaching adults with ADHD, their spouses and or parent(s) of young children with ADHD, allows everyone to be on the same page, working toward the same goals. A collective approach reduces stress, frustration and anxiety for everyone.
I use a step-by-step, hands-on approach to create personalized solutions for people with ADHD. This allows clients to have visual structure when feeling overwhelmed. Clients learn how to strategize, prioritize, and organize their time and space more efficiently.
Help for ADHD
Do you become overwhelmed managing the demands of daily life? Understanding how ADHD impacts your life in both positive and challenging ways will allow you to learn new skills to better navigate your life.
There are three types of ADHD: Hyperactive-Impulsive; Inattentive (formerly called ADD); and Combined Type. All three types can benefit from Executive Functions and Organizational Coaching.
Becoming organized is a process of learning how our brain receives, interprets and processes information. Asking for help is a sign of strength. We all need a little support once in a while.
I can show you how to find solutions in the areas of your life where you need additional support and guidance.

ADHD: An Analogy
Most brains are like a library, where all the books are divided into various sections, alphabetized, and easily found. When new books arrive, they are easily placed into an already-organized system that makes retrieving and replacing books faster and easier.
A person whose brain is not wired this way stores the books in large piles all over the floor. They are not categorized, alphabetized or put away by author. Every time a new book arrives or an existing book needs to be put away, the person must start over, sorting through each pile to determine where it belongs.
Imagine how overwhelming and exhausting it is for a person struggling with ADHD to navigate their way in the world when their brain doesn’t allow them to efficiently incorporate and process information and organizational structure in a timely manner. When your brain struggles to focus and prioritize what steps are necessary to start, sustain and complete daily tasks, it is understandable why so many people with ADHD feel like giving up.
