A Better Week in One Hour

What if I told you that your week could be more productive, meaningful, and fulfilling and all it would take is one hour of your time?

I just met with a client who struggles with ADHD for our hour long, weekly time management session.  He is a single father of two young children so you can imagine, time is important to him.  It’s amazing how much can be accomplished in an hour. By focussing on a weekly schedule we create a daily schedule for him to follow so he can achieve the goals that matter most to him.

We begin our session by reviewing the previous week’s schedule to see what worked and what didn’t. We are then able to address the upcoming week where we implement in new appointments and strategies. Helping my client to be present day to day with clearly defined time management goals allows him the opportunity to make informed choices and reclaim his time and energy so he can become more purposeful and productive in his life.

Sometimes it seems as if we never have enough time to do all the things that need to be done.  My client gives up one hour of his week to make sure that every minute of his time is better used.  Do you ever feel that you could use help getting your calendar sorted out?  Do you feel you don’t have the time or energy to do it?  Think again, all it takes is one hour.

Remember life is filled with twist and turns but if you come from a place of personal clarity you are better able to navigate and make choices that best support you and your family!
